MOSA LLC (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") regarding the handling of personal information of customers (hereinafter referred to as "users") acquired by our company in providing our software sales site "MOSA_Market" and other services (collectively referred to as "Services").

3 Purpose of Use of Personal Information

4. Provision of personal data to third parties

We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data we handle, and to manage such data safely.

5. Safety control measures for personal data

  1. When the Company is requested by a user to disclose the retained personal data or the record of provision to a third party, or to notify the purpose of use of the retained personal data, pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will disclose or notify without delay after confirming that the request is from the user himself/herself. However, this does not apply when the Company is not obligated to disclose or notify under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

  2. In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, when a user requests that the content of the retained personal data be corrected, added to, or deleted (hereinafter referred to as "Corrections, etc.") because the content of the said retained personal data is not true, the Company will, after confirming that the request is from the user himself, conduct any necessary investigation without delay and make Corrections, etc. based on the results of such investigation. However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to make Corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

  3. When a user requests that we suspend the use, delete, or suspend the provision of retained personal data to a third party (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will suspend the use, etc. without delay after confirming that the request is from the user himself/herself. However, this does not apply if we are not obligated to suspend the use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

6 Disclosure, correction, etc., and suspension of use of retained personal data

We may use cookies, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID*) or similar technologies to understand the usage status of our services, improve the convenience of our services, and deliver advertisements appropriate to users. This information does not include any information that can identify a specific individual.
